How do you prevent groups from being expanded in the To: part of a mail message?

There are two solutions available to you. One is to create a hidden field on the mail memo form named ExpandPersonalGroups and set it's value to "0" by default. You could also make it a radio button that lets the user select whether to expand or not. The other, better, solution is to use group alias names. For example, if you have a group named Managers make it Mgrs;Managers instead. Aliases are not expanded. That way, if you want it to NOT expand send the memo to Managers. If you DO want it to expand them, send it to Mgrs.
